How We Started
About us – Gallus Sales & Lettings is an independently owned business ran by Directors Matthew Gunn and Andy Little. We offer an alternative to high-street Sales & Letting Agents that are often inefficient and not cost-effective for Landlords.
Since 2015 we have been purchasing investment properties for renovating and the buy-to-let market. We have steadily built up our Portfolio since then and in 2019 launched Gallus Sales & Lettings to manage clients’ Properties.
We were tired of Estate & Letting Agents that didn’t return emails and simply didn’t know enough about Property. As Landlords and Investors ourselves, we aim to manage and sell our clients’ properties with our hands-on style and make sure their investment is in safe hands at all times.

Matthew Gunn
Matthew has been investing in Glasgow Property since 2013, initially investing in refurbishment and flip projects and later buy-to-let investments that were held for the long-term rental market. Steadily building up a portfolio and then later helping clients achieve the same, Matthew has a keen interest in all things Property and especially enjoys renovations.
Holding a small property portfolio, the idea of Gallus Sales & Lettings was born when receiving sub-standard service from other high street Letting Agencies. It was always felt that communication, hands-on knowledge, and experience as a Landlord was missing from the service, eventually this came to fruition and was the start of Gallus Sales & Lettings.
In his spare time he enjoys Yoga and walks with his dog Storm and Fiancee.
Andy Little
In the past, Andy had a Professional Football career playing for Glasgow Rangers and internationally for Northern Ireland. He retired early from football through injury and focused on property development. He bought and sold properties in England and has since grown his own property portfolio in Glasgow while overseeing property renovations on behalf of our clients.
Andy comes to Gallus with a wealth of property experience, having worked for a Glasgow based Letting Agency for 4 years, as well as completing his CIH Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Residential Property.
His knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry from both an investor and an agency perspective compliment our passion for selling and managing property.
In his spare time Andy is non-stop and can often be seen wandering the West-End to sample the best coffee shops and eateries with his wife Danielle, baby boy Austin and dog Ollie in tow!
Jenna Perrigo
Jenna is a Property Manager from the USA that brings not only a great accent, but a wealth from experience from across the pond.
Jenna worked in Sales and Property Management of larger developments in Ohio and has experience selling New Build Homes. She joined Gallus in 2021 and has been a massive hit with both our Landlords and Tenants.
In her spare time Jenna enjoys walks with her dog Rocco and sampling local pubs in East Kilbride.
